Premium Space
encompasses booths that provide high traffic and the best visibility.

Value Booths are comprised of 10x10 booths along the back wall of the exhibit hall.

Please include at least three (3) color photos. Samples are only required of vendors who were not in attendance at our 2020 Mistletoe Market. Booth presentation is very important, thus, the photographs you supply should accurately represent the manner in which your merchandise will be displayed.





 
Additional Information & Instructions

Application process:

Step A: Complete this application and submit with three (3) color photographs, pricing information and samples of your merchandise. Samples are only required of vendors not in attendance at our 2020 Mistletoe Market. Booth presentation is important, thus, the photographs you supply should accurately represent the manner in which your merchandise will be displayed. We reserve the right to accept all or part of your merchandise in our jury process.

 
 
 

Step B: Upon receipt, your completed application will be submitted to the 2020 Mistletoe Market Jury Committee for review and consideration.

Step C: If the Jury Committee approves your application, you will receive an acceptance letter via e-mail. A $500 deposit will be due immediately upon acceptance. You will receive notification via e-mail if your application is not approved by the Jury Committee. 

Step D: You will receive a Merchant Contract via e-mail with the terms and conditions of participation as a vendor in Mistletoe Market 2020. Merchant Contracts will begin to be made available on April 1, 2020. Your signed Merchant Contract, payment in full of booth rent and all other contract requirements, including insurance, is due on July 31, 2020. 

Please Note: Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred booth size and location. Should your booth not match your preference we will work to place you in a location that will most benefit your business. Floor plan placement is determined based on the order of application and payment receipt. Further, this application is for review purposes only. Submission of this application does not imply acceptance to the 2020 Mistletoe Market.

The main factors in considering selection of merchants include: (1) Merchandise (category, type, uniqueness and quality), (2) Presentation of merchandise, (3) Adherence to deadlines in returning items requested.
