All Prospective Provisional Members must be sponosored by one (1) eligible JLOC Member. This sponsor must be an Active Member and must be in good standing with JLOC and intend on maintaining their status for the coming JLOC year. Current Provisional Members are not allowed to serve as sponsors for Prospective Provisional Members.
